New update and RBN causing game to freeze?

I have had my game freeze on me 3 times since the update and I started downloading RBN songs. It froze twice last night, and once tonight.
When it freezes, the whole system freezes. Controllers will not respond, and hitting the Live button on the controller to bring up the dashboard does nothing. The only thing I can do is turn the console off by pushing the power button, and then turn it back on.
Everytime it freezes, it's in the Tour mode. It's doesn't happen all the time, and it freezes at different parts each time. Like the first time, it was while choosing a song in make a setlist. The next time it happened once we finished a make a setlist gig. I can't recall what we were doing when it froze the 3rd time. I'm thinking the freezes have something to do with Tour mode, or the make a setlists having a problem with the new update, or the RBN.
I'm starting to think I should just play in Quickplay from now on.

Try clearing the HDD cache. It'll also clear out any other title updates, but this usually clears things up.
