When XNA membership prices are lowered to an affordable price, the amount of reviewers will go up substantially.
Perhaps HMX should attempt to make a deal with XNA for those who exclusively want to peer-review RB tracks (and not actually create games).

Finally got XP back on my old windows 2000 pc, so playtesting seems like more of an option for me now. I'll be taking advantage of the XNA software during the summer while I'm at it, but not until Dell decides they don't need me for 3 months, looking at a July - October window there.
It's one of those things where I'd rather people have to make an investment so that they seriously consider what they are getting involved with before doing it.
Dropping it to $50 a year or or even $75 to me would start to make it more likely that people would buy in on an impulse and feel less committed to providing quality input.
