Prove that they all have the same buisness plan.

    Good luck with that.

You continue on with your paranoia and your strawmans that prove nothing.

So yes, any member of that [which obviously permits suing 6 year olds] would fit into what I'm talking about.
artists deserve to be compensated for their music
anyone who tries to get it for free from sources not endorsed by the artist/label, well they do so at their own risk

now i dont agree with the 6 year old thing, but the parents are the ones responsible(for keeping their kid off their computer so they cant download stuff they arent supposed to) as a parent even i know better then to let me kid get online.

but thats not the issue at hand here
    DLC I want
    Golden Earring
    Michael Jackson
    Paramore
"More" Miley Cyrus, you can never have enough
    Lemon Demon
    Queen-Princes of the Universe

You can rationalize ignoring it all you want, I don't really care.

No, but I was accused of something so therefore I was backing up my position.
Any group that doesn't mind suing a 6 year old for something so stupid, due to greed, certainly isn't concerned about raising their prices a dollar.

No its not. Hes just trying to prove that all labels act the same way because they are represented by the RIAA. Which you can easily disprove by going into any music store and looking at the costs of different CD's.

Because as we all know, all CD's are sold for the same exact price

Ignoring what? Competition? You are the only one ignoring it. I find it funny that you say I dont understand capitlism, and its you that is unable to understand (or accept) competition.

Who are you to decide how he should and shouldn't spend his money? What gives you the right to decide what's "smart financially" for someone else? I don't like the shirt you're wearing and I think you spent too much money on it. Good thing it's your shirt and none of my concern, right?

Buy what you like, spend money on the tracks you think will be worth it, have some reasonable discourse on the subject and recognize that there will always be alternatives (cheaper, more expensive, shorter, longer, easier, harder, etc) in the tracks offered in RBN. But let's not start playing amateur financial analyst and start making judgment calls about what's best for other people to spend their money on.

Who ****ing claimed that? Seriously. Why don't you try to not put words in my mouth?

I said that if labels see songs at $3 selling just as well as songs at lower prices.. what are they gonna do? Probably raise the price. OMG IMAGINE!

I'm also telling you that any company that doesn't mind being in a group that sues 6 year olds because they're so damned greedy, isn't going to mind raising those prices.
This is not hard to understand. At all.

    but you fail to understand

they have the right to price it the way they do

we have the right to pay it or not to pay it

its your decision not to, we understand your not going to

but telling us we are stupid, that we are unreasonable, is what you are in fact doing, and is crossing the line of being civilized about this
