And that's the same exact way I feel for GH Guitar and Drums.

Nonono. I was talking about the long one. I was using that as an example of a roll at a decent but not fast speed which would be good for tired players.

Oh. Chalk this one up to ignorance. I've only played World Tour on drums (and a tiny bit of Smash Hits, which I don't count) and I remember almost all of the sustains being on cymbals.

Yeah, I was just explaining to the guy above me why they have them. I still can't hit that **** at the end of WDOA though...

You're playing plastic instruments, it seems a bit silly to be complaining that the charts aren't completely realistic.
It would be nice if Harmonix hired some of the our of work devs from Neversoft. There may be noncomplete clause problems with that though. Which would also probably apply to being an author for RBN.

I actually like the tighter timing window for Rock Band guitar's HOPOs. Makes me feel like I've accomplished something, haha. Although Guitar Hero charts tend to be more difficult overall so it makes up for the sloppy timing.

I also enjoy both games, but I much prefer the feel, song selection, and design philosophy behind Rock Band, hence why I'm here and not over at guitarhero.com

I haven't posted anything on guitarhero.com since the week after RB1 was released when I made a quick post about jumping ship.
