(360)TB:RB tech support, PLEASE!!!

Ok, My red audio cable(standard composite xbox 360[not hdmi]) is not producing any sound what soever. With any other game it sounds fine with just the white cable plugged in, but with Beatles Rock Band most of the songs from Abbey Road and Sgt. Pepper sound crap. No vocals, no guitar, no drums, depending on the track.

Does anybody no of any possible way to switch my xbox 360 to mono...or does anyone have any solutions or ideas before I go out and buy another VA cable?

Any response would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Even a simple "You're f*cked" response would be appreciated. I'm buying a new cable tomorrow...Anyone? I don't care how 'out-there' the idea is, I'll try anything. ANY suggestions?

Thanks for the response! I've tried every option in the game and every option from the dashboard....I guess the old dash let you switch to mono, but the new(ish) one got rid of the option.

Headphones aren't an option as I play with my brother.
