Why? I can understand your view on this but until i see masters of the likes of Sweet leaf and Queen ***** on GH or something of the likes then we can only presume masters are missing/damaged etc.
There is some random albums there though is there not... i mean Best of Girl Groups Vol 1 & 2 - who knows what is even included on that![]()
Hoping for more british music on RB Blitz
This list sounds like a bunch of kids trading CDs and they all happen to like the same ones within that small selection they own. Seriously, 3 Eminem albums appear within 50 spots of each other. If that alone doesn't shout "shenanigans!" then I don't know what does. Sure, the Beatles have a majority of their albums in the top 50, but really, everybody in the biz is sure to have listened to them, so of course they're gonna be up there; however, I doubt that with such a big variety of music (and a lack of some heavy hitters) that each album on that list really earned their spot. Mezzanine? The Score? Puh-lease!
Also, compilations should NOT be on this list. Having any "Greatest Hits," "The Best of," or "[insert movie or style] Collection" is completely unfair. That's just stacking the deck in their favor. This list is stupid.
Though the formatting works pretty well, ledbowman. Gotta give that to you.

Harmonix, thanks to Jimi Hendrix Experience, you've made sure I never will say one bad word about your company!
It just seems to me that you differ in opinion with the people who submitted albums for the list. Eminem is a great lyricist and has his own style. I think it's hard to argue with his albums being on here. Not liking his music is okay, but you can't deny that he is a unique, influential rapper. Now, you seem a nice enough fellow and I don't need to defend the list (it's strong enough on its own) and I haven't heard all of The Score, but Mezzanine is a B R I L L I A N T personal favorite of mine, so I can't lay down for that one, buddy!
I would, but I did my best to stick to the versions of songs that are on the albums (HMX covers excepted). Maybe, maybe if it were just AC/DC, but then I'd have to open myself up to adding "Lithium" to Nevermind, the first three tracks of Damn the Torpedoes that we have live versions of, and others I'm sure. I just don't want to veer that far off-course (not now, at least).
