"They've got us surrounded again, the poor bastards."
This is probably just me, but if my favorite album from a band became DLC, but all of the tracks were live, I would still be pretty excited. Then again, I grew up with cover songs as the standard in the original Guitar Hero days. Maybe I'm just not as finicky when it comes to getting music from my favorite bands in my favorite game, and I'll take what I can get.

Looks like another pass week for me, unless there's something else. Not a fan of Priest OR live tracks in general.

Well brother I'm in love with everyone I see

If people like Judas as much as they claim to like them, then the version of the song really wouldn't matter...because you like the artist just as much as you like the song.
It seems like more and more people just desperately want a reason to be pissed off around here.

Hmm well... not my thing at all since I'm not into metal but it's disappointing to see live tracks being released. Here's hoping HMX saves the money for tracks I love more :-).
BTW a lot of repeated bands lately... hopefully we'll get some new/1-2 songs only bands to the platform yet.
I've been noticing that as well. I wonder if there's a bit of a lull in new bands due to work being put into RB3. Could be that HMX is still pinning down a final setlist and then will go from there with future DLC.
If I'm HMX, and I've got some surprise band in my pocket...it may be wise to hold off on their DLC so you can have them "debut" (so to speak) on RB3.
