I have not bought anything from the RBN simply due to no previews. I will not buy anything until we get them.

Well, I bought two I knew, and I seriously reccomend them.

They're a buck each, and I just gave you a better preview than the store would have

This is a known issue. We are working on it, but often issues with Sony take an extremely long time to resolve.

I have a 40Gb fat PS3. Live in US (TN). Signed onto RBN for the first time tonight to catch up on downloading after a few weeks away and thought it was weird there were no previews... turns out this is a common problem.

On a similar note, I've ALWAYS had issues with the RB store stopping in the middle of loading and kicking me back to the game menu. Although I was able to access the RBN store, it did kick me out a couple of times. Anyone else have this problem?

Nope. Doesn't look like it, at least on mine. (Edit: Actually, the RBN store isn't updated to contain the new releases yet, so I guess there could still be a chance it will be fixed later today with the update?)

But from the quote above by Ayar, it seems like the problem is on Sony's side. Does anyone know a good contact number or an email address from Sony that might deal with this type of issues?

Usually when the new songs come out. Used to be on Thursdays, now it's Tuesdays.

At this rate; I think the issue is only going to be fixed with the release of RB3 :/

Yeah, the RBN was not updated last night at around 8:00 CDT for me, and I don't expect the previews to be fixed up when it does update (from what others are saying)....

On a Side Note: It seems that the PS3 RBN is updated a really random times.... Does not appear to be at the same time each week, which is fine, just pointing out....

It usualy only updates for me the same time the PS store does which is thursday. Which is wierd because the rockband in game store updates on tuesday but no RB network update till thursday. A little confusing I know=)

Stores been updating on Tuesdays now for weeks. I haven't checked the RBN update times lately though.

Not sure what the deal was, but my RBN was not updated (with Paralyzer) as of yesterday afternoon.

Very hard to keep track of what is update/new as everything is listed as new.......
