i want the whole waking the fallen album for a7x, and hellyeah, alcohaulin' ass, you wouldn't know and somethin from their new album for hellyeah. i have enough disturbed already and don't really care for any of the other bands.

Definitely any new singles from Stone Sour, Disturbed and Avenged Sevenfold since they all have new albums premiering soon. Of the previous Avenged Sevenfold songs, the only ones I know are already here, including my favorite, "Almost Easy". As for Stone Sour, have to have "30-30-150" and "The Night" from Disturbed.

The new one by Disturbed is "Another Way to Die", 30 second preview, Stone Sour's new single is "Mission Statement" (link) and Avenged Sevenfold's "Nightmare" (ft. Dream Theater's drummer), is already up at iTunes. These should all be included.

All things considered, whenever Harmonix does promotional packs, they tend to go with the group's newest songs (like they did with the Crüe Fest pack). So realistically, we'd probably get:

-Another Way To Die
-Nightmare
-Mission Statement
-Cowboy Way or Hell of a Time
-Now Way But The Hard Way or Blonde, Bad and Beautiful

As for the other bands, New Medicine and Hail The Villain are debuting recently, while Halestorm debuted last year, and has spent the better part of 2009 opening for big acts like Three Days Grace, Shinedown and 3 Doors Down. They each have at least one hit to go on, so for them the choice is obvious.

If we were going with hits instead of newer songs, we'd probably get:

-Prayer
-Seize The Day
-Get Inside
-You Wouldn't Know
-Too Much, Too Young, Too Fast

If we were going for Difficulty, it would be:

-The Night or Ten Thousand Fists
-Beast and the Harlot
-30/30-150
-Hellyeah (song)

Airbourne's picks would go unchanged in this respect (Too Much, Too Young, Too Fast is already in GHWT, so we know it translates well to a music game).

One possibility is to release two packs (like the Crüe Fest packs). I've heard Halestorm and Hail The Villain's new albums, so for them I'd go with It's Not You, and My Reward respectively. For New Medicine, their new single, Laid, just came out, so I suppose that'd be the most obvious choice. Anyway, here's the songs for reference:
