So great news for you guys!!!
    O...M...F...G...

Muse at the IZOD center? That's like 40 minutes from me...I'm seeing another concert there in a month.

It's a shame they're opening for U2 though...they're one of a few bands I really just can't stand. I suppose I'll just be staying for Muse, then hitting the bricks.

Unrelated, but since when is playing a concert "in the round" new and groundbreaking, and never done before? Metallica's been playing stadiums that way for at least ten years, and I know there are other bands that do it too.

It's kinda funny how Muse always ends up the best band when they open for other bands (Muse>My Chemical Romance and now Muse>U2).

Though luckily and hopefully the bill will just be Muse and U2 meaning we'll at least get an hour to an hour and a half set out of Muse which is still pretty awesome (especially if they play songs from the new album).

As for woof's thing, I'd personally go with these if it were me:

    Muse

    1. Are you a male or female: "Man of Mystery"
    2. Describe yourself: "Invincible"
    3. How do you feel about yourself: "Feeling Good"
    4. Describe your ex boyfriend/girlfriend: "Uno"
    5. Describe your current boy/girl situation: "Unintended"
    6. Describe your current location: "Muscle Museum"
    7. Describe where you want to be: "Falling Away With You"
    8. Your best friend is: "Eternally Missed"
    9. Your favorite color is: "Glorious"
    10. You know that: "Ruled by Secrecy"
    11. What’s the weather like: "Sunburn"
    13. What is life to you: "Endlessly"
    14. What is the best advice you have to give: "Take A Bow"
    15. If you could change your name what would it be? "Darkshines"

They can't lock you in the arena...

I don't care for them either, so we'll either leave after Muse is done, or I'll go hang out in the bar for awhile.

Muse in the US? MY DREAMS ARE COMING CLOSER

I'll just wait until Muse start their US tour and skip the U2 crap. I'd almost consider going just to see Muse and then leaving but that'd be one more ticket sale to feed Bono's ego. Also, LAWL @ $253 tickets!

If Muse tours by themselves then maybe there will be some kick ass band(s) touring with them! Last time they came to Seattle, Juliet and the Licks opened for them and they were just awful.

QUESTION! Realistically, what band would be your pick to open for Muse?

I'd go for Kasabian, The Helio Sequence, or maybe Rock Kills Kid.
