I'm in the minority of people who think it is awesome it seems like. With Aero and you. I hope it scares em off!

The more I listen to I Belong to You the more I like it after about the first minute or so. I'm not a big fan of the intro to the song but I've felt like the rest of the song has really grown on me.

As for it being in New Moon, it really doesn't bother me, its not like I hang out with people who watch those movies so new fans doesn't negatively affect me in any way. The only thing I see coming out of this is a new version of a song which I can only see as a plus (right?).


Also, I have kind of felt that Unnatural Selection is kind of a mix of New Born and Citizen Erased, because of the slower section near the end. With this song I only wish that the slow part were about 30 seconds shorter as I think it runs about 2 minutes and that is just a tick long for a song that otherwise seems to be a more fast (for a lack of better words) song. The slow part also reminds me of Citizen Erased because the bass guitar in both during slow parts is similar in style.


Edit: One other note is Uprising is still #1 on Alternative Rock Charts, so 2 weeks on top now.

The unfortunate thing about Twitards is that they're fanatically obsessed; I don't think they're mentally capable of disliking something Twilight related... And since Stephanie Meyer's people have a lot of money, and her requests for Muse in the movies, WB is going to acquiesce. I could carry on being blah about that -or- I could be super excited that my favorite song on The Resistance is getting a remake. I could even be excited about this whole Twilight situation - I mean, I may disagree with Stephanie Meyer as a person on most things, and I may think her writing is crap that's contributing to the lowered literary expectations of the next generation of authors....
....but the woman has good taste in music, and the money to make sure that her favorite bands are successful. So... boo on Meyer, but hurray for her money.
