Actually, there is a muted strum there at the beginning. The ******ed things are the over charting of the COME ON! guitar bit, and the fact that they charted the delay in the solo. Its pretty ridiculous.

Muse has a thread with over 12,100 replies and they still have only one freakin' song!

I dunno man, I don't think thread size is directly proportional to a band's chances of showing up as DLC. HMX has to at least sought Muse out by now...there must be some other reason why it hasn't happened.

Someone(s) at HMX clearly likes T-Rex an awful lot, though. They also probably aren't as hard to license.

I was just commenting how I find it weird that the band with the single largest request thread only has one DLC song while bands with smaller request threads have more than one song and up.

For the record, I love T. Rex.


I will say, the R.E.M. pack has me hopeful for more Muse in that GH did have an "exclusive" with R.E.M. a while ago AND R.E.M. is a WMG band. Actually, this past month we've seen a couple WMG bands get added.

I personally think it's possible that we could see some Muse DLC by the end of 2010.

Yeah in the 5.1 version of Uprising the pickscratches are much more audible, so yeah they charted that part correctly. But yeah I had to facepalm at the solo as well.

Let’s get this out of the way first. Can we expect Muse as DLC in Rock Band, and if so, when? And what are the chances of a Muse: Rock Band?

So the good news is that to the best of John’s knowledge, Guitar Hero does not have exclusive rights to Muse. He went on to say that they are one of the most requested acts in Rock Band, which I don’t think comes as a surprise to us. Their music is damn good, and would potentially be an awesome fit for Rock Band gameplay across all instruments. As of right now, there are no plans for a dedicated Muse: Rock Band, but with nearly 1,200 PAGES in the “Muse DLC. Period.” thread at RockBand.com, Harmonix definitely hears you loud and clear, and they would love to give you more Muse in Rock Band.

Let me offer this: We as fans need to be aware that there can be any number of hoops to jump through (labels, managers, bands, etc.) to get DLC from a specific band in Rock Band, but at this point lets be confident that Harmonix is working on getting them into the game… if they know what’s good for ‘em!

Unfortunately it's been like two months since I've even played Rock Band, I'm half waiting for Rock Band 3 and half just really enjoying Starcraft 2 (and forum mafia). That with school starting just has my interest in the game pretty low right now.

This is why this thread has become a joke and why you still don't have Muse. You guys just want attention. It's the same 15 people posting in here over and over again, bumping this thread, as if for some reason HMX doesn't know you want Muse. There is no reason to have this thread be almost 14,000 posts long. This thread should honestly be locked because the point of this forum section is to let HMX know you want a certain band. And they know you want Muse, Drake put it best, it's even in your sig. 14,000 Posts and Muse isn't even the most requested band. This thread is a joke because of the reason I quoted from you.
