That said, I wish they would play some more of Showbiz in their live shows, maybe update the songs a bit similar to what they have done with New Born.

On an unrelated note, I picked up Rocksmith the other day. The game is kind of bad but the core mechanics are awesome and I never get tired of looking down and seeing my guitar plugged in to the Xbox and actually working! Plus, both Plug in Baby and Undisclosed Desires are in the game and both are a blast to play.
Glad you enjoyed Rocksmith. Learning guitar in real life isn't really my thing, so I'll pass.

From what I can tell, the lost pedal is a joke. As Dom's said before (when asked where he acquired a certain lefty double bass pedal) "I'm in a band called Muse and people give me stuff".

Damn, over a thousand pages and still no Muse. Where has Harmonix been?

Where have YOU been? Hysteria is right there.

I was recently listening to the Dead Star / In Your World EP today and I think all of it would be great for RB. Especially In Your World. That song is amazing.

Short and sweet, it really is a great song.

But if we ever DLC it'll be in a year when the new album is released (they've started recording it btw).

I'm not an enormous Muse fan, but it'd be cool to see Uprising, Knights of Cydonia, and Supermassive Black Hole.
We need sludgey and droney and stonery metal:
    Dirge
    Sleep
    Bongripper
    Sunn O)))
    Electric Wizard
    Earth
    Neurosis
    Cult of Luna

I honestly never listened to Muse. I might give them a listen sometime.

I'll be happy when we actually get a Muse pack so the MOAR MUSE crowd will be satisfied.

Should I let you wade in the kiddie pool of their pop side, or should I throw you into the deep end of their rock side?

Let's go with the deep end. Listen to these songs, then make your mind up:

    - "Citizen Erased"
    - "New Born"
    - "Bliss"
    - "Hyper Music"
    - "Dead Star"
    - "Futurism"
    - "Fury"
    - "Stockholm Syndrome"
    - "Butterflies & Hurricanes (Extra Guitars Edit)"
    - "Assassin (Grand Omega Bosses Edit)"

That should be a good start for you. You have guitar riffs, epic bass, kick ass drums, some piano work and harmonies.
May 20th, 2012: 4 long years since HMX released "Hysteria" by Muse. The wait for more Muse DLC has to end at some point, right?

I had never heard this edit in full. Thank you for showing me what I'm missing. That bit during the riff.... whoa.

In your Word is pretty good too. It has one amazing riff.
