Muse songs or just songs in general? Space Dementia would rock, but it would also be a pain to tab out.
Would you pay for music by Beck?
    Maybe.
What if you heard he owned a plane made of gold?
    Sure.
Good, because he needs the money.

The problem I see with Hoodoo is the lack of discernible bass, not guitar. There's plenty of guitar.
Then again, last time I checked The Yeah Yeah Yeahs didn't even have an actual bassist (though that may have changed; it's been a while), so maybe Harmonix can work their magic.

Assassin would assassinate everyone who dared try to beat it. (Please bear with that pun.) The drums especially.
I'm always up for a guitar challenge (as long as I can sit through the song, and that's why I don't have the Thrash Pack. I can definitely listen to Assassin as many times as it takes, though!), but I tend to get frustrated with drums. I've kinda hit a wall there, eighth tier on hard and second tier on expert. I may beat them eventually, but Assassin, I doubt I'd ever be able to beat.

I've always wanted a cellphone with a ringtone composer; my friend had one and I spent good time creating ringtones for her, because they read like actual music and I can read music.
Can't think of any other riffy piano songs, but if you could create the ringtones by ear your possibilities would be endless.

Primarily Muse, but the limit is 50 notes, which is actually more than it sounds.

Well, I think you covered most of the Muse piano songs. The only other one I can think of is Apocalypse Please.
