Are you saying that Yes, all of those would be fun, or "yes" you are the only one who thinks those would be fun?
I think all of those songs would be fun on Rock Band to an extent, although I would not be as thrilled about Apocalypse Please and Sing for Absolution. I would be ecstatic to get a live version of Butterflies and Hurricanes.
I think HMX is holding out on us.
I bet they have a bunch of Muse songs ready for release, but they are keeping them back just to tease us, while they get to play them during every break.

May 20th, 2012: 4 long years since HMX released "Hysteria" by Muse. The wait for more Muse DLC has to end at some point, right?
Everyone seems to think Muse is so good, but I really don't know much about them. All I know about them is all the stupid Twilight fat girls are fapping over them as of late just because their songs are on the soundtrack. One of my friends who is unfortunately one of "those" types sent me a couple of their songs and I wasn't impressed at all. Do any of you have any recommendations of some good songs to check out by them?
^Don't let the Twatlighters fool you (I'm guessing they recommended you Supermassive Black Hole and the horrendously edited version of I Belong to You, maybe even Starlight) Muse are an incredible band who rightfully deserve all the praise they get for their crazy musical prowess and amazing live shows.
As for songs to check out heres a good bunch to start out with that encompasses all their albums:
- Sunburn
- Muscle Museum
- Showbiz
- New Born
- Plug In Baby
- Citizen Erased
- Stockholm Syndrome
- Time Is Running Out
- Butterflies & Hurricanes
- Invincible
- Assassin (Grand Omega Bosses Edit)
- Knights of Cydonia
- Unnatural Selection
- MK Ultra
- Exogenesis (Parts 1, 2, and 3)
If none of those songs can get you into the band or convince you otherwise of them then they probably just aren't for you.
EDIT: And if you can definitely check out the live versions of these songs, their live performances always make the songs even better (though right now there aren't any live performances of Exogenesis Parts 2 and 3 available since they haven't been performed live yet.)

To these, I would like to add:
- Cave
- Overdue
- Space Dementia
- Micro Cuts
- Screenager
- Dead Star
- In Your World
- Eternally Missed
- Fury
- Glorious
These songs (along with the ones Buster mentioned) show off the band's ability to create heavy riffs and use their classical influences.

Also check Darkshines... and the whole "Origin of Symmetry" Album... "Absolution" Album, "Showbiz Album"... those are the best...
"Resistance" also is a good album and to me "Black Holes & Revelations" is their weakest album, but that doesn't mean it's a bad album

This is true the HAARP CD/DVD turned me into fan. After watching the DVD I knew I had to get Muse's whole discography.
If you make an account on their website you can watch all of Hullabaloo, HAARP (most of it is also on their Youtube channel), and Absolution Tour, you can also listen to all of their other songs.
Hey guys, check this out. A Muse iPhone app!
^Yeah but you're paying $2.99 for "features" that were all free to begin with. The only thing that might qualify worth paying for it is the fact its a Muse app, the fact that they bundled it all together, and maybe for the background switcher. Other than that though Muse aside its pretty much a cash-grab on people who don't know any better.
