Muse DLC. Period.

Are there any Muse songs that give anyone here the chills? For me it'd be Take a Bow. It's so epic... one of my all time favorite songs. But all of there songs are so good!

"Glorious" always gives me the chills, and the last 30 seconds of "Stockholm Syndrome" as well. And I had chills the ENTIRE TIME THEY WERE ON STAGE when I saw them in March.

And I'm new here, but here's my two cents: Screw a Muse song pack. I want Muse: Rock Band!! I don't want just a handful of songs, I want an entire game of them!

But...it seems like I read somewhere that Harmonix was having some difficulty with WMG these days (though, who isn't?)...Does anyone know anything about this? Maybe that's why there isn't more Muse as it is...

It annoys me how Matt said he would love to do more but with the whole band and no one has picked up on this, they are just asking for a band oriented game, sod green day rock band lol we need a muse rock band/guitar hero.

But my ideal pack would be as follows

Hyper Music
Cave
Knights of Cydonia
Micro Cuts
Popcorn (for the lolz)

Of course I would love more but I figured 6 would be a decent list, although if they were doing an album, HAARP would be fantastic.

Does it suddenly make sense that we haven't gotten any Muse DLC yet? The chances of getting entire Muse albums for DLC just got a lot better!

Nah I don't think so. Muse obviously doesn't have a problem licensing their music for these games. I believe Guitar Hero 6 already has a confirmed Muse song. The demand is certainly here for HMX to take notice. I think if they could get Muse they would have already.

With every song they put in Guitar Hero and every passing month we get nothing, it's becoming more and more likely to me that Muse is Guitar Hero exclusive. Maybe when Matt appeared in GH5 he signed some type of deal to not appear in other music games.

Found it. As I said earlier, I thought I read somewhere that there were problems with Warner Music Group...

Seeing as how Muse are signed with a label owned by WMG, THAT could have something to do with why Guitar Hero gets Muse songs, but Rock Band doesn't...

Though Green Day is another Warner-signed band, and apparently a deal was struck for that. So maybe there's hope...

I just don't follow the logic that keyboard = Muse is available now. Lack of keyboards didn't stop HMX from getting Boston, Queen, Rush, and a hundred other bands that heavily feature keyboards. If HMX could get Muse they would have by now.

Maybe they're making a Muse dedicated game but want to introduce the keyboard first on RB3 so after that we get the Muse game

It doesn't mean that, it just means a lot more of their library is possible now. And if people are thinking like I am, songs like New Born and Butterflies and Hurricanes with piano and guitar both playing prominent parts have a lot of potential with the new peripheral.
