i would be so happy if Invincible made it to Rock Band
I've recently been listening to some Muse, and I think my new favorite song of theirs is "Thoughts of a Dying Atheist". A great song, and it would fit rock band perfectly.
I love Thoughts of a Dying Atheist, and it would be a great Rock Band song, save for the rather humdrum bass line. I guess a bunch of the songs in the game are like that already, but there are Muse songs with bass lines that would be much more interesting.
It would be an excellent candidate as far as songs go, but among other Muse songs, it gets a little more competitive. (I'd still love to play it, and I play bass on the game quite a bit.) One of those great-but-could-be-even-greater things, I guess.
I'm not breaking down
I'm breaking out
PSN: Reedus | Rock Band: The Pookies | themofat.com
I think that would be great if the put a muse pack for DLC but if they do Starlight better be in it or heads are gonna roll
Knights of Cydonia on Rock Band WOULD be pretty kick-@$$.......
Knights of Cydonia wouldn't fit so well considering half of the vocals are just Mat making sounds to go with it. I think it's fine with its place in GH3.
Anyway, Hysteria and Stockholm Syndrome would be awesome and challenging to play for any part. Map of the Problematique or Assassin would both make great thirds. Any Muse however I'd jump on in a second.
Micro Cuts would be hilarious, cant imagine having to sing that one
I could probably sing Micro Cuts. (I'm a trained soprano, though. It would still make my head throb.)
That, and the walls of my house would fall down and crush everyone inside.
You've got a point with Knights of Cydonia, but it would at the least be a very recognizable title. It's better for GH, though the drums would be awesome.
They could also just do it with no vocals for the first two minutes (there are longer deathly boring vocal moments, and if they really wanted to, a fill might be able to be devised.)
Though I guess the main reason HMX would do it, if they did, would be because a whole lot of players would recognize it.
