The Kaoss pad is just two dark grey (one lighter than the other) rectangles with rounded edges stacked on top of eachother. Eventually I'm going to get in a put some detail like the rivets around the edge and maybe I'll try to add some color to make it look like it's turned on.
That's what I figured with the Kaoss pad, I have til Thursday so I'll give it a shot.

Just wanted to thank everyone who is keeping this thread alive. I have been monitoring this thread daily for awhile now as I would also like more Muse in rock band. I would really like to see, at the very least, a full album download of Black Holes and Revelations and/or Absolution. But really, if harmonix could just license EVERY song that would be best.

    cheers

Also, the world is officially coming to an end. The following song by Rihanna, titled "Take a Bow", has taken the number one spot on the USA hot singles chart:

I like how she also has a song called "Under My Umbrella" which is a pretty kickass song by Incubus. Damn her, this is getting confusing!

Welcome! I love to see our little posse of Muse Hooligans grow. I would be absolutely ecstatic if they released BH&R or Absolution as DLC. Origin of Symmetry would be pretty amazing too. And hell, so would Showbiz!

Indeed, the entire Muse catalog would be pretty epic.
    The PR transmissions will resume.

I come home today, and I come in here to see if anyone's gotten Hysteria yet. Just a quick little check before I hit the office to download it.
Or at least, I tried. Not a minute later, the whole family is *****ing and moaning about not having an internet connection (I love the 21st century.).
So I had to wait for about an hour before my mom's boyfriend came home to fix the internet. (Luckily, I had the brains last night to save a ton of Muse tabs to my computer last night. I started to tackle Time Is Running Out in the downtime.)

So NOW I'm going to download Hysteria. But first, to catch up.

Oh, this means you can finish your fort now, right?
    Why thank you!
I get really bored when I'm home sick, plus it gave me a chance to brush up on my sightreading (my Music Theory final is on Thursday, and I kinda needed it). My pleasure.
Well, since I got a hypothetical cookie from a friend today (and a bunch of real cookies at our end-of-year party-like-thing), I'm done with the basic northern wall. There are still more walls to go!

    Regarding the GHIV Drum Kit:
It looks snazzy, but I'm not too excited about it. Sure, it'll probably work better and make less sound than the Rock Band kit, but the game is going to suck. Not excited about the create-a-song gimmick; as a voxtarist, I want vocals! The feature's probably not going to work very well anyway.

Considering the trouble I'm going to have to go through, the setting in which my DLC transaction is going to take place, and the number of MS points I have right now, I'm only going to be downloading one song today. I'm disappointed, yes, but when I get back to the House of the Rising Internet (I've been on a roll today.), I can download all the other songs I want (not to mention the past DLC I've wanted but haven't gotten.) And then I will get to put on the epic concert of voxtar awesome. And when I get my songs, I'll plan it.

I see we have some new people here! Welcome, everyone, to the Muse thread. Never in these forums will you find a more Muse-passionate thread (debatably a more passionate thread at all), so find a comfy chair, sit down, and make yourself comfortable, but please don't touch the wall of baked goods.
