I dont think burying them in requests is a good idea, but maybe giving them a link to this thread or doing some kinda petition would work better.

I was thinking about linking them this topic to show how much we want Muse in Rock Band.

Getting 40+ well written and well intended letters receives far more attention than links to petitions or forums.

If you do write them an email, make it a real letter. Proper grammar, multiple paragraphs, and you could include a link to this thread in addition. Another thing we could do is start a "Support Muse for Rock Band" thread on the Muse boards.

And make sure to use the "Request Song feature on this page" I promise that gets more attention than the threads here.
    The PR transmissions will resume.

Actually, I think trying to contact Muse about putting more music in Rock Band would be a wonderful idea. In the HMX presentation at PAX, they said that quite a few bands actually approach them and ask them if they can be part of RB (the first band to do so was Nine Inch Nails) so it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for something to come of it if Muse asked HMX to include more of their

Also I have a feeling that Muse themselves get far less RB requests than HMX does so there'd be a better chance that the request wouldn't get lost in the mix.

the only question is that where can we contact them?

I got nothing from my search

I'm sure if we were to create a similiar thread in the actual Muse boards then maybe they would hear us. I know Matt hasn't posted in like, 3 years?? But I'm sure one of there representitves reads the boards.

I think more Muse MAY be on the way.

Apparently on the GameFAQs forums the person who leaked the GH III setlist several months in advance prior to release had heard of Immigrant Song by Led Zeppelin as well as the following songs (it's going to be a 3-song pack so one is probably going to be dropped) being used as a Muse track pack for DLC on Guitar Hero World tour.

In case you don't want to check the links the songs that are apparently being considered are:

    Map of the Problematique (HAARP)
    Invincible (HAARP)
    Thoughts of a Dying Athiest
    Bliss

Take it with a HEFTY grain of salt though, the dude could be just trying for a massive troll since he has credibility. Though the song choice is interesting, I think it's a bit arbitrary to use Map when there are other songs that were fantastic on HAARP like New Born as well as Invincible since the song isn't too different from the studio version unless the album mix isn't useable as a master track for the charts.

Regardless I'd imagine the HAARP songs are very likely since those are oddly specific. Hopefully this means Muse will be licensing songs to Rock Band as well in the near future if this person is telling the truth (I truly do hope he is, I'd love for more Muse love for both games).

Muse in GHWT still won't make me buy that game. Maybe months after it's release when I can get the game by itself for $25 used somewhere. maybe.

I'm just saying that hopefully this means that Muse is going to be licensing songs to Rock Band as well if this is all true, I mean why pass up the opportunity to make more money and get more fans?
