Yeah, I agree with you on Muscle Museum, like most Muse, sounds way better live! I was trying to stay away from live songs, as it seems to me that Harmonix would be more likely to have access to studio masters, but Sunburn is my favorite song, so I had to find some way to include it =).

I had sort of counted Butterflies and Hurricanes out of the running for my list, since I view it as a Piano song, and thus unsuitable. I'd love for it to be in the game, but I find it a harder case to make than some of the more naturally suited songs (of course, I included Sunburn, but that's just because it's my favorite).

Well I mentioned it since you had said you'd probably want to keep the ending in Citizen Erased and see it as a "cool down" period, so the piano solo in Butterflies and Hurricanes could be seen as the "cool down" period for that one (after all the guitar and bass portions of the song do have some frantic strumming).

Also speaking of live versions, Time is Running Out could work out if a live version is used since the Glastonbury version has some excellent improvisation by Matt in his riffs and the HAARP version has that whole jam session before the song starts. But yeah I can see where you're coming from about the studio masters being more readily available than live ones (though I still think HAARP might be able to be used given the excellent audio quality of the CD and DVD)

And you say we're pretentious!?

Give it a rest, man. The rest of us are here to talk about combining a band that we love with a game that we love. You are here to tell us how wrong we are and there is certainly no place for that here.
Excuse me, but his post was the definition of ignorant. He made accusations about a genre that he knows nothing about (and admitted it in the post), the word fit so I used it. And thank you for telling me what my motives are on this board, because clearly you would know better than I. I made a comment about a Muse solo supplying my stance, he replied to that and I replied again, resulting in him attacking me. If he chooses to get offended when I talk about a band he likes, that's his own problem. He is not Muse, there is no reason for him to take it personally.

I'm not telling anyone they are wrong, I am giving my OPINION. The fact that you perceive it that way says quite a bit to me.

I think Rock Band needs an entire Muse pack.

Maybe if they do that I'll finally buy some DLC

The album is pretty mediocre, but I'd listen to it over BH&R or Absolution anyday.
