Saying that tech-death isn't "cleverly arranged" and then admitting that you've only heard two tech-death bands, in which Opeth isn't even death metal much less tech-death, is incredibly ignorant. Ugh!

Oh and "building to a climax" is a pretty generic technique (especially if the climax is mediocre), and tons of bands do it better. If I want crescendos I think I'll stick to post-rock. Not that I even agree with your reasoning about the solo, just commenting on your logic.

For the record, he never said that tech-death isn't cleverly arranged, more that Muse was. How was he supposed to know if it was arranged well or not it he'd only heard two bands? Common sense helps a lot on the internet.

Also for the record, I'll take a well-composed song over wankery any day. (not saying that all tech-death is wankery, although to be honest, a lot of it is)

If you've got the money I'd go with a new 360 Elite w/ a warranty.

I'm a little nervous about mine. I've been running it a lot lately and considering it's my 6th one there's a good chance it might RRoD and join the other 5 IN HELLLLLL!!!! I hope not. Now isn't a good time.

1800 posts is an odd number to pull out, especially since we are over 7500 posts in this topic .
For album I would honestly think that HAARP or Origin of Symmetry would be the most fun to play on all of the instruments/vocals.

Personally, I think Absolution would work best (besides HAARP or Hullabaloo's live set which would both offer a decent mix of songs).There are a number of songs in Origin that just wouldn't work right in RB even though they are great songs.

prolly just gonna get a core system if anything my 20 GB harddrive is good also i'll get a wired controller those 5 free arcade games and i think kung fu panda and lego indiana jones

also i probably wouldn't have even gotten a 360 if not for Hysteria

i was gonna get RB for my Wii but it didn't have DLC so i was on a mision to get a 360

so Muse DLC got me in this wonderful mess
