True, very true. I actually was thinking Kario. But my hopes are up for any but the bottom two.

You kidding - hopes or not he would make a fantastic return for his efforts if he licensed and authored either of the kiddie faves and especially as he works alone. Im getting the feeling it will be a euro band whatever the case may be and the fact he says a "music game lover" specifically means its not going to lop sided in appeal to say one or two instruments only.

I know that... i am after all from the UK just like they are but im thinking with Eiffel 65 as an example of a band not everyone guess at first from europe and not Muse who are perhaps one of THE most celebrated band from there for the 00s alongside Coldplay and co.

Well, today marks a historic day for Rock Band. For the first time, two released songs have been mixed together and officially re-released as a mash up.

In case you don't know what what a "mash up" is, Robin Skouteris has provided the perfect definition.

Mash Up [mash-uhp] : a creative combination or mixing of content from different sources. A remix that combines vocal and instrumental tracks from two or more recordings, to create a new musical sensation.

Robin Skouteris is a master in the art of the mash up, releasing five albums featuring some of the best pop and dance songs in the world. He has exclusively partnered with Ozone Entertainment to take our Rock Band Network releases and transform them into incredible new songs that have never been heard anywhere else.

The first song from this project, titled Robin Skouteris VS Ozone, is "American Hero vs. Done", combining the sounds of Ron Wasserman's super hero-themed "American Hero" and The Giraffes' hard rocking "Done". If you have either one of or both of these songs, I highly recommend picking up this new track. If you haven't tried them, this is a perfect introduction to both artists' song and may even persuade you to pick them up!
