Not only that, but most of the time it'll sound really off if you author harmonies not matter if you're correct or not.

I'm not saying that this criticism is bad or anything. But I am saying that I at least understand his viewpoint.
I've charted vocal harmonies before, even vocal harmonies on one track. The difficulty is something that varies between people based on their understanding of music and music theory. I'm not saying that Ozone is being deliberately sloppy (although, that may be a possibility), I'm just saying that he should look for someone who knows what they're doing better, because charting harmonies on one track is not totally impossible, it's just the same as, say, charting chords on pro keys. Some people can do it better than others, but if someone can't, it's in their best interest to either get better or find someone who can do it.

So I read on Twitter that the John Parr stuff will be released as each track gets completed, and no longer bundled.

    That's exciting!

And ATF, why you gotta keep ragging on Ozone? I mean, I get that you don't agree with his methods, but c'mon! Either offer some real constructive criticism or let it go. Saying that it can be done because you've done it before isn't really helpful, and neither is telling him to go hire someone else.

Besides, it's not like he can go back and add harmonies now, even if he wanted to.

I agree, but until Microsoft allows true bundling, it ain't gonna happen. Ozone's Pac-Man packs happened by having the tracks that made up the packs all release the same day, but you still had to buy each track separately.

If you're so good at authoring, maybe you should start playtesting rather than publicly complaining after a song is released.

atalkingfish = ATF = Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (formerly just Alcohol/Tobacco/Firearms, hence the ATF abbreviation).

That's what I was thinking. I hate when people bring stuff like this to the public forum.

I actually spent a good 6 months play testing. At the moment, I cannot afford to pay for that, though. Plus, criticism is criticism. Criticism should be taken seriously no matter what medium it is presented through.

Someone really should make a thread for all of the RBN complete albums. I've been meaning to start looking it up, but it's just so overwhelming.
