If Weezer were British and stuck to their original style... they wouldn't be Weezer. Weezer is from California and has had several stylistic shifts. However, that description works well enough for Swound!- a literal band of brothers doing no-frills, hook-riddled power pop. Their new album releases March 5th, and we're expecting to have "In My Head" in the store for the release date. We're also expecting it to be our first all-tier-0 track; the band has described themselves as Not Dragonforce.
Yes, I will definitely be buying this. And I'm fine with tier 0. It means I might actually get a decent score!
So long, farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, good night.

I haven't noticed if anyone's gotten a 2012 track out yet, so we might have that going too.

I really like this song. And those charts look fun even if they aren't totally crazy. But I think it should be labeled as Alternative instead of pop-rock.

From what I can tell, Weezer is split 50/50 on Alternative or Pop, so I figured it was a coin toss here.

Is that from an upcoming album or a very recent release? I have a track going into PR soon (as soon as I figure out how the hell to do venues) that's from an upcoming album so I might end up nabbing it if nobody else has yet. :P

Not a big fan of this kind of music but it sounds pretty good to me

Upcoming. The album will drop, be picked up, dusted off, and placed gently on the shelves on March 5th.

It's in review right now. People are understandably intimidated by its length. :P

But! Rock Band's first Latin track, "Desconocido" by Leche de Tigre, will be coming next week! So, clearly, we are not dead.
