Question: Am I forced to upload to RBN

Here is the question. Can I use the tool to make my own songs and play them locally on my own xbox. Or am I forced to upload it online for review first. I have no intention of trying to sell this on the actual rockband network, I just want to use the same tools to create my own song. I appreciate any help! Or if people know of another way I can put my own songs onto my xbox with another tool similar to this one.

You can play your own songs locally on your own XBox without uploading them for review. However, you'll only be able to play them in audition mode, and you'd have to retransfer them every time you wanted to play them because they get deleted from the XBox when you leave audition mode.
