    Well, it won't start until all the spots are filled up, so be sure to keep tabs on it until it starts. After that, I expect each "Day" phase will last about a week or so, and each "Night" phase will last 2 or 3 days. During the Day there will be constant discussion, but you can chime in whenever you can.
