    Apparently the OP isn't familiar with the group's timeline via hair/facial hair. None of them had facial hair until AFTER Revolver was released... and none of them had really long hair until the White Album sessions.

    ringo had a beard but they made him shave it off

    also its not something because:
    John is singing
    John is playing a guitar in something he plays a piano
    George is playing a Telecaster in something he plays a Les Paul
