I hate to be the guy that does this, but how many Hendrix songs have you heard? How can you only like that one song, i mean its possible, but i'd suggest listening to other songs from the Experience, unless you have already done that.

I gave the entire listen to the album that came out and didn't like any of them. I've also listened to a few others out side of that album and nothing has caught my ear. For whatever reason, I love All Along the Watchtower, but no other Hendrix songs.

17 - "Purple Haze", 201 - "Hey Joe", 379 - "The Wind Cries Mary" by Jimi Hendrix Experience...might as well color those in as well, since they're coming via DLC and other Hendrix was colored already.

Around 45 of those songs are on GH, only like 3 are pre-GH3
GH also has the "second greatest song"

RB has more though, I'm looking at the thread while your editing it, doesn't look pretty

How old is that list anyway? I think I've seen it a year ago somewhere. Better songs could have been made in that one year gap....

I was just reading this list in the magazine last weekend. Didn't realize all these songs were in RB though.

For the record, I didn't include all of Are You Experienced or Electric Ladyland in my Rolling Stone albums thread because (to my knowledge) they haven't been "officially" announced yet.

I have all these songs in the list order burned onto CDs, they make for a great mix if you have a wide taste in musical preferences. Not a single song I dislike. I am sad about some of the songs they took off of the 2003 version though, like Da Doo Ron Ron and More Than a Feeling.
