[QUOTE=Rock_Starman;3828032]Alan Wake because of the awesomely amazingly awesome Limited Collector's Edtion.[QUOTE]

Plus the new chapters start releasing July 27th, I believe. I still haven't finished Heavey Rain, It didn't hook me like Alan Wake.

Heavy Rain is the better experience AND game.

    Just my opinion though.

This, but if you really want a horror game get Dead Space

Between the two, I preferred Heavy Rain for the plot and limited freedom of choice you're allowed. Alan Wake felt more like a Resident Evil game to me and was more focused on the action.

Dead Space is much scarier though, Alan Wake's best was keep me on my feet in case of attack

HEAVY RAIN (10/10) is one of the greatest gaming experiences I have ever had. Characters, story, intensity, an innovation all combine to make a very special product.

ALAN WAKE (8/10) is a good game. Interesting structure and plot, great main character... though the game felt kind or dated and I really didn't like the combat.

    Advantage: Heavy Rain.

(keep in mind, Max Payne 1 and 2 are my favorite action games of all time, so I was anxiously awaiting Remedy's follow up AW for a long time! I thought it would be a masterpiece... sadly it wasn't).
    DLC WISHLIST:
    - MORE BLUR
    - The Dillinger Escape Plan
    - Broken Social Scene
    - Billy Talent
    - Volbeat
    - Interpol

I generally prefer psychological horror to pop-up scary though, and Alan Wake got closer to the former in my opinion.

I actually haven't played Heavy Rain, by the way, so I can't offer an opinion on that. Definitely want to play it though.

Jill, here's a lockpick. It might come in handy if you, the master of unlocking, take it with you.
