    That would be... interesting.
That would probably be the worst sounding band you'll ever hear.
Like they are all excellent players and I can see everyone together except Duane Allman. Like not only is he most certainly not a rhythm player but like, he'd sound HORRIBLE with John Petrucci
    Bassists do it better

I'll do two supergroups. The first will be a more mellow, progressive rock band. The second will be a heavier, Progressive Jazz Death-Metal.

Vocals/Rhythm Guitar: Jeff Buckley - deceased
    Guitar: Brett Garsed
    Bass: Michael Manring
    Keyboard/Backup Vocals: Kevin Moore
    Drums: Sean Rickman

Oh god, I'm having an orgasm just thinking about that line-up. Now for the heavier supergroup.

    Vocals: Mikael Åkerfeldt (Opeth)
Guitar: Tosin Abasi (Animals As Leaders)
Guitar/Backup Vocals: Tymon Kruidenier (Cynic, Exivious)
    Bass: Jeroen Paul Thesseling (Obscura)
    Keyboard: Masashi Momota (Gonin-Ish)
Drums: Blake Richardson (Between The Buried and Me)

Yes, I'm not looking to create a conventional prog band. Something that is more along the line of Jeff Buckley's musical career, except a bit more technical, and progressive.
