not totally different but the last two episodes have thrown the biggest 12-6 curveballs so far.

8 issues in to the comic and lori is pregnant and carl has killed shane. wtf? there's no merle or his brother and the survivors are different too.

ah yeah. the shane thing is one of those curveballs i spoke of. yep, merle and his brother are completely new. its why some people didn't take to them all that well.

yeah the shane thing i don't mind very much. keeps the comic viewers on their toes.

i hope they bring in hershel and his farm, michonne is a must, and of course the governor.

I think it would be brilliant if in like when they get to the governor it's Merle.

there were people saying that's what would happen. i dunno. i didn't much like merle's character or his introduction very much at all. he is overtly racist and a pain in the arse but, lets go take him with us on a scavanger mission. just didn't like how that was thrown together at the start.

I would like it if he shows up in like the middle of season 3 and Daryl had just gotten killed or something. That would be some drama. Plus does anyone else think Daryl gave up looking for him to easily? Why didn't he leave a not for Merle?

i don't hink merle will end up turning into the governor though. merle will be a minor villain or something and the gov. will make him look like a walk in the park.
