Best Fans

I went to the Mastodon concert in May and their fans were cool, not to the level of Valient Thor fans. At that show, the "Between The Burried And Me" fans scarred me. They were almost like Radiohead fans... ...at a metal show.

Its possible we were at the same show. In Pomona.
But I'm probably making an uneducated statement. the mastodon fans i met were skinhead dicks who like to throw suckerass punches in the pit.

as for BtBam. Like me, theyre just really passionate for the band and therefore they seem kinda crazy.

and Valient Thorr fans are ****ing awesome

No skinheads at the Madison show. The BtBam fans I encountered were acting like they were god's gift to humanity and insulting anyone who came to see the other bands. Luckily I avoided some of that stupidity and used BtBam's set as the time to get another beer and buy some merch. Ended up having a conversation about metal with Valient Himself.

There are a lot of BtBam fans who think that based on that they love a band who has been considered as such. and because fans love to be idiots and directly associate themselves with a band, they get all high on themselves. In SoCal, the BtBam fanbase is really awesome. everyone is really cool

definitely. they don't even try to pretend the band is good, it's all about how ****ing AMAZING they are live!

EDIT: by amazing, I mean it's an amazing good time. Probably my favorite band to see live.

The New Pornographers have some pretty mature fans. I was at one of their concerts and people just enjoyed the music and had fun. I think the biggest problem their fans have is they enjoy the music ta lot like me, I sang through every song. One guy standing next to me kept looking at me, If he ever has to stand next to me in a concert again I won't be near as loud.

Unless you are at a Magnetic Fields concert, in which it actually is quite similar to a church sermon.
