I dont remember what he said, be there is something up with the stems they get from victory, which makes it really hard for even their experienced mixers to get them to match the albums.

that said, they have been improving, and this batch of three songs sounds good, on par with better off this way
I guess i'm different but mixing quality has sounded okay to me.
As long as it's better than Creed's quality than I'm fine. LOL.

the problem on Rock Band with softer songs is that the mics/sound effects/crowd don't get softer with the song... If you just turn the volume on your TV/speakers up then everything else is blasting while the song is regular volume

Creed's issue was it was too loud. If the hadn't cranked up the volume, it would have been fine.

I've never had that issue on an official RB track.

As far as I remember he said that the ADTR stems came completely unmixed, leaving him in the unenviable position of having to replicate the work of a top-tier recording studio using only Reaper.

Just noticed y'all had "Selkies" by BTBAM in the works. That's awesome. Can't wait. Surprised the guitar is only a 5 with that solo.

    1) I already commented on why it happened.
    2) The winkie smilie usually indicated sarcasm.

That's why I said joking or not, I guess what was really trying to say was it wasn't necessary.
