Noble, as you mentioned in the dlc discussion thread, HMX rock blocked you on "Unholy Confessions", I was wondering if you could work on getting more A7X in Rock Band. Since you apparently almost had that song before, it'd be nice to get some more songs by them, plus with such a big name in RBN, it would help the community in the long run. Thanks for even considering my gesture.

There are far too many non-americans who have desired to do their bit for playtesting and of whom would do a fine job at that - its really a case of hoping HMX are trying to cut the red tape to open more doors for who can playtest regardless of whether or not you happen to be american. Ive heard of the old pretend to be american to sneak in the side door but i know ive no intention of going down that route myself... open the door for me HMX and ill walk in.

Using myself as an example given the fact ive spend thousands on peripherals and songs over the years would the fee to be an XNA member for a year scare me off - nope especially as im talking pounds here not dollars. 1800 songs all bought and paid for via DLC or Export... no Pepsi promotion to gain a few dozen free songs via promotion here - why because once again i aint friggen american. Been with the series from the start and loved GH before RB existed too for that matter and continue to play the game regular experiencing all manner of band sizes and genres.

I know i aint the only one who has a similar offering of dedication to the games and their gameplay and have that kind of experience of having played literally thousands of charts over the years to be ideal for testing songs out regardless of who is the band, what genre they are and what author just so happens to have been the who made all the labour of authoring and licensing the songs in the first place. Its people like me who should be ideal to help this lack of tester problem but cant as the door is still firmly shut in my face.

I always thought having to essentially playtest each others songs as a case of "you scratch my back and ill scratch yours" would be a great thing - creating a close nit community who can help each other with feedback and experiences and am actually shocked some negativity has come from it but its clearly a case of frustration on certain matters perhaps unavoidable but it does make me feel more than ever HMX need to try and see if they can open more doors to new playtesters who DO want to get on board but cannot at least legit.

We're hard at work on another 50+ songs to get them up and into testing and review, and of course we've got a lot of bands waiting in the wings we've yet to announce.

So today starts a new dawn for TAG, and hopefully you guys will like what we bring to the game!

Any news on when the first of the Powerman 5000 songs are gonna hit? I know it hasn't been that long, but I'm really really looking forward to them!
