I'll only take more Old 97's if they get a little more selective with their track picks. That version of Timebomb they gave us was dreadful. Agree with you on everything else though.

That said, I'm buying the whole pack. Gotta support the country.

I don't know who Laura Bell Bundy is, and I'm not a big fan of Lady Antebellum, but some of the others are great or at least servicable. Jamey Johnson has a good voice and is starting to make waves in the alt- scene.

I love the Dierks Bentley song, and listening to it on the way to work today, there's a banjo solo at the end that, if they chart it to guitar, will be shredtastic.

I think that the "classic" country people want will be on the upcoming disc like Willie was on the last disc. What a better way to get people to plunk down money (and re-buy a lot of tracks) then to put something like Waylon Jennings - Good Old Boys (Dukes Of Hazzard Theme) on there?

Alright, I've been itching for some more country. Nothing really sticks out here though, I'll admit I was hoping for some Gary Allan or more Alan Jackson to show up, but no luck.
    DLC requests:
Opeth, Symphony X, Dream Theater, In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, Arch Enemy, Elvuitie, Epica, Nightwish, Arctic Monkeys, Cream

    Good God.
I usually try to avoid making negative / whiny posts, but... wow. I was looking forward to this announcement all week, knowing that anything had to be better than another Disturbed pack.

    I was sorely mistaken.
Is there some sort of "terrible-DLC" inside joke that's going on at HMX HQ, or...?

Ok, all jokes aside, this is better than another Disturbed pack. At least I'm able to cherrypick a few good songs out of this bunch.

I'll be picking up the pack, as I like Country and had a blast with the other Country songs.

The thing that confuses me, is how is "Fancy" a family friendly song. I love the song, I'm just not sure the lyrics and message of the song are family friendly. Just my $.02.

Congrats to all the country fans, but the severe shortage of Country songs pre-1999 in the game is very disheartening. I was looking forward to today thinking I'd see a bunch of pre-1999 songs. Hopefully the CTP2 will take care of this.

    BTW, "Fancy" FTW. GO REBA!
