Angry LRB Music Store is Messed Up

This morning I decided to checkin at the LRB music store (which I have done regularly since getting LRB) and noticed that the menu is a bit different (ok, that should be good - an update) and there were a bunch of the old songs now available (I assume the passed the filter).

HOWEVER, any song I already own from RB or RB2 that was bought as part of a set or album shows up on LRB as not yet purchased and I would end up paying for it again! Are these re-encoded or "Wal-Martized" now so that I have to pay for them again to play in LRB or is there a major bug in the store checking my previous purchases?

No way I'm paying twice, and I have way too many songs to know for sure all the time that I already own one that shows up with a price tag on it in LRB music store.

Anyone else notice problems with the LRB music store lately?

Type up a list of all the DLC and such that you have(I've already done so for the purpose of RB parties). When you go to buy songs, check the list to see if the song you want is one you already have. If it is, then don't buy it.

I can see how this would be something that could get really annoying. I mean, who would want to accidentally pay for the same song twice? However, if you really dislike it that much then just use the RB2 music store.

OP needs to wait for an answer before the overreaction comes.

No. You don't need to rebuy any of your music to use in LEGO Rock Band.

I do not believe people are understanding your question.

    I do however.

I got the game today and started to play it. I noticed about 55 of my many DLC songs were in the game. No harm, no foul. However, when I went to the store, I too notice that some of the songs that I have downloaded for RB were showing up as "160 points", etc...

    Example:
Boston: More Than A Feeling - Bought in RB
    Shows up as Family-Friendly
LRB - Doesn't show up on the list of DLC, and in the store says "160 points"

I too would like to know what is going on.

The same problem exists in RB2 if you bought a physical track pack.

The basic upshot is this: you should not need to buy the song again, if you check your library, it should be there and be playable. However, it doesn't appear that the LRB and RB2 stores synch, nor does either store check your DLC to check something as purchased. It only marks something as purchased if you have actually bought it through that particular store. At this time, the only known solution is to maintain an independent list of your current DLC and check against that before purchasing through either store.

I consider it a bug, but I'm sure from HMX's point of view, there is no urgency in coding a fix, because some people out there have more money than sense and will just buy the songs again (even though it's not necessary).
