While I agree with you guys about exclusive windows sucking, my bet would be it was a deal between Microsoft and EA, HMX probably had nothing to do with it.
So if you haven't disvocered by yourself that the note gems are a slight different color or that the grainy film filter gets oversued, you are not going to be able to ENJOY the game anymore?
What are YOU doing on the internet? You should avoid the forums then, things like this will always get spoiled on-line.
I am kinda surprised there aren't MORE videos available for vox and keyboard, or for more songs.
Im still sure that money made with that deal found its way to harmonix though. I mean thats buisness, and its completely understandable, but in light of recent events, it is kind of funny.

However, this is the only forum that should reasonably be expected to stay "clean" before the game is launched.

Does anyone know if the menus are collapsible yet? I should hope so, with all their touting of the new music organization system, but I haven't specifically seen if you can collapse the menus yet.

BUT this is not the place to be leaking spoilers if you got the game early. Nor is it the place to post an assumption as fact based on something someone may or may not have seen somewhere on the interwebz.
Sayburr's Rumors and Facts thread is an awesome repository of prelaunch info. Questions, like the one quoted, that may lead to spoiler posts should go in there.
Otherwise, please remember (if you got the game early, or if your neighbors' mother's tennis coach's masseuse got it early and casually mentioned something to you) that some folks would like to go in with fresh eyes on the game. We understand that a lot of people got the game from purchasing it and we hope you're enjoying Rock Band 3. We're stoked that you're excited and we're not going to bungee zombie into your house and steal your game away from you. Keep playing, keep rocking it. But keep it to yourself ::hint hint:: (or at least not on here). We're psyched you're psyched and that you're playing through our opus.
Being excited is awesome - theorizing/hypothesizing/discussing - all awesome. Spoiling things for others? Less than awesome. And I'm sure you guys (and gals) can understand that we're not going to be offering detailed explanations for facets or features of a game that hasn't launched yet. Once the game is out and you've gotten your hands on it, fire away. Till then, mum's the word.

It's not like it's the next final fantasy or something. How, exactly, can you have a spoiler for a music game? At least once the track list is announced.
