Why would Harmonix get shut down for using Spotify to broadcast songs that are on Spotify?

    Rock Band Radio

It's from the "Songs" page on this website
Yeah again not related, Spotify is a different company that manages it's own licences. You do know you could go there a make a playlist and share it and not violate their licences as well right? There used to be a Rock Band Radio on Radio.Com awhile back that also doesn't apply to this conversation, because none of them rely on HMX's licenses.

In fact for fun go to Spotify and make a playlist of the songs on RB:TB, and share it. Obviously you can't because even though HMX has licences to use Beatles songs in their game, last I knew Beatles were ITunes exclusive in the whole digital music distribution system.

Some bugs and feature requests I noticed recently, some of which I may have made before. I play on a 60 GB model NA PS3 (upgraded to a 500 GB Seagate Momentus drive) with the NA version of Rock Band 3.

    Bugs:
    - Occasionally, I’ll get 100% on every phrase in vocals but get 99% overall (screen photo available if helpful). On separate plays, I may have gotten a high Great on one phrase, thus breaking combo, but on the summary screen it shows a 100% overall. Probably a rounding error (blasted floating-point math!).
    - Once, I noticed that the vocals multiplier in the post-song summary showed an unlikely value. I got 100% full combo on the song and did use overdrive, but it showed an average multiplier under 4.0f (exact number and screen photo available when my friend posts it). Even if it averages the multiplier over the entire song, that song had vocals near the beginning so it should have gone over 4.0f.
    - The play counter incorrectly increases by the number of players who play a given song. For example, this weekend I downloaded some new songs and played them once with two friends (total of three instruments). They now have a play count of 3 when it should show 1 because we played it once.
    - Missing localization text: in the filter menu, the filter string for 0 vocals shows "vocal_parts_0" instead of English text. (I have one instrumental song, Anamanaguchi’s “Airbrushed”, in case only having RBN songs in that category something causes it.)

    Feature requests:
    - New sort/filter option: highest difficulty played. People tend to play Medium or Easy vocals at parties, or sometimes when I pass the mike. Since the new Facebook thing factors difficulty played into the skill level, I want to go back and replay all those songs on Expert. I have no good way to find them using the current sort options and filters, so far as I know.
    - One of the intro cut-scenes before playing a song shows a car drive by, then a quick pan into a small club. The second shot features a frat-looking guy who sticks out his tongue and throws the horns. He also appears up front in that venue. My band has designated him Chad Douchington and we would very much like future games to not include him. That or consider including a fighting minigame in which our band members (or roadies?) could beat up Chad and toss him out of the club.

Sometimes, even though you got an awesome rating to increase your multiplier, you don't get the entire 1,000 points (x2, x3, x4 for multipliers), and that's what Rock Band's scoring system counts when it gives you that 99% on the first screen. It is pretty annoying.

I might have a lead on a reproduction method for the PS3 crash-to-XMB bug. It happened once, then I did roughly the same kinds of actions and within half an hour it crashed again. I can’t trigger it exactly; it feels like a memory corruption issue, possibly related to saving.

The game crashed after I played the Learn a Song mode on Pro Keys in Expert. The first time, I tried to learn 20th Century Boy. I completed four of the segments, failed the fifth repeatedly, then hit Start and chose Back to Song Library. The save indicator appeared while I scrolled through the library, listening to a second of preview here and there. A second or so after the save indicator disappeared, the game crashed back to the XMB. I went back into the game and it didn’t corrupt my file (yay!). I went back into Learn a Song mode and confirmed that it did save my 20th Century Boy progress. I then played several more songs in Learn a Song mode, completing all phrases in a few and quitting back to the song library after struggling with others. It seemed like the save indicator and menu stuttered increasingly after each song I played. After about half an hour, I completed a few phrases on a song and chose Back to Song Library. Again it saved while I scrolled through the library, and a few seconds after the save completed, the game crashed to the XMB.

I play on a 60 GB model NA PS3 (upgraded to a 500 GB Seagate Momentus drive) with the NA version of Rock Band 3. In case song library affects it, I have Rock Band, RB2, Lego, and Green Day all exported with 472 officially released downloads, 14 more from RBN, for a total of 372 add-on files (number in the loading bar) and 792 total songs. The Learn a Song menu showed only the 163 songs with keys that I have, with the handful of RBN songs with keys visible but grayed out (I guess they don’t have Learn a Song markers?).

I don’t think this is the problem. Alas, I only have a photo of the section breakdown showing all 100%s. The next time it happens (which it does maybe once or twice in a four hour rock block) I’ll take a picture of the score breakdown. That should show whether I got an even thousand total or not. Overdrive points show in a different category, so a partial overdrive phrase shouldn’t taint this, right?

In any case, I’d like some consistency. If I get <100% but still get Awesome, it should show in both the section tally as well as the overall percent or in neither. (I prefer they not give Awesome ratings for <100% phrases, I think.)

It is. The game has been out for 18 months and you're asking the site users. It's the problem. You hit a small middle-ground in between the 'break combo' area of ticks, and the 'full 1,000 points' area of ticks.

Actually it's worse than you think. Rock Band 3 has some of the most bizarre math ever for vocal scoring. It's actually possible to lose a fraction of a tick but still get the full 1000 base points, get the Awesome, and STILL get 99% at the end of a song.

This has probably been reported (and never likely to be fixed), but I'm too lazy to read 400+ pages.

During the cutscene where my character signs the autograph he seems to use some magical spell that makes him invisible to cameras. The pen still moves, the pad he signs is still there and the fan but my character is just not visible.

Or perhaps my character is now a vampire and the camera contains a mirror and thus cannot be seen by it?

This can happen in any cutscene if you manage to switch characters during it. Is it only the autograph cutscene that does this?
