I've long since given up my dream of seeing a patch. These are suggestions for RB4.

Oh, they are problems, just tiny ones (with correspondingly tiny fixes) compared to, say, the animations or the vocals glitches.

I need to get my complaint priorities straight.

I forgot to comment on this a month ago, but your suggestion to get rid of the solo box before you see the message "Messy Solo - 0 Points" pop up is silly. Player feedback is incredibly iimportant in these games, even if it's negative feedback.

If I were to change anything about those solos, it would be to lower the threshold for an "okay solo" for Pro Keys, becuase sometimes you think you've done well and the game doesn't share your wavelength. But obviously, that's something for the next game if they should even implement it at all.

As for not sucking, the only ways to overcome that are to take on even more anti-fun - either practicing or cheating.
But new is better. Playing expert pro guitar takes alot of concentration. When I strum the E string on a C chord and break my multiplier it's nice to see obvious miss cues so that as I'm forming my next chord I'm not wondering if I still have a multipler or not.

My biggest H$H meaninglss complaint that will never be fixed but I will post in the hopes that someone will validate my opinion, is I wish the Squier reconized some type of pedal as a OD activator. Both reaching with the right hand, and tilting are subpar alternatives.

I never said anything about the multiplier loss effect, only the trainer mistake effect. I actually like how the Groove Highway is now for all instruments, so it's easier to see that you broke combo.

(Whew! I was up late. I think I'm starting to feel more coherent.)

I know you never said anything about the highway full multipler effect. I know what you're talking about. The highway is nice but what if you're at 3 1/2 multipler. I like the big red flash in the corner of my eye telling me I missed the note. Especially on difficult chords that it's easy for a single note out of the six to not register correctly.

Play 133211 then play 1332x1 without the flash it's hard to reconize which one you played on a muted squier.

Okay, you know what, it's not like I spend all my time in the trainer or intentionally failing songs. Well, I had to do those for goals. This affects me as much as the clothing locking now does - minimally.

I talk about beating my reasoning into others, but in this case, I was the one who needed the reason beaten into him.

And as for the RB3 font, RB2's font on the after-song screen is uglier, if more distinctive.

Back to complaining about issues that matter more - the vocals glitches and the bobblehead. But first, the note window squishing.

I was playing the Megadeth songs on GH:WoR and had a great time. I played the Megadeth songs on RB and came close to failing out. This is why they need to get rid of the note window squishing in tight places.

Maybe I should pick up the "Rust in Peace" album so I can try Holy Wars on both engines, to do a more controlled test.

i have an issues with the "normal" mode songs and then the same song that offers bass peddle x2
i feel there should be a extra difficulty added instead of making people choose

    Easy :
    Medium :
    Hard :
    Expert :
Pro : (full song in its true drum track should be here)

PS you guys really need to come out with a Pro Drum set like the pro guitar
where its the real notes your playing (hit-hat, real bass peddle,,ect...)

I believe that some e-drum kits are compatible with RB3 via the MIDI Pro Adapter.

they can be compatible all they want, but if your not hitting the correct notes or using a hit-hat then your not really playing the drums on a "pro" mode like the guitar
