    I just bought this game to export to RB3, problem with site.

    So I put in the code, and it took me to an error page for the site. So when I went back to put it in again, it said code has already been used. I have pictures of the receipt and open game/with code. Any chance I could get the DL code?

    I just had the exact same thing happen to me. Entered the code, got the error message, then it said the code had already been redeemed.

    I'd like to know how we can actually get our tracks from Lego:RB into Rock Band 3 now.

    same thing happened to me, if you have your receipt you are in luck, but if you bought the game when it was released and didn't have the foresight to keep the receipt because you didn't think that there was a possibility their website was going to crap out on you or that they would even make a redundant method of getting a code. Why input a code to get another code? why couldn't the code be the same code you get to redeem the songs?

    arggh!

    Had the exact same problem - of course I don't have the receipt, why would I keep the receipt from a game I bought 4 months ago?

    Have no idea what to do, but if this isn't resolved tomorrow, I plan on making some pretty cranky calls to their support line.

    I had the same problem with the site. I got the error and then the site said the code was in use. At the bottom of the page with the "already redeemed" error, there's a link to the support page and an e-mail address to report problems.
    There support number is "Call us at: (410) 568-3680 "

    Anyway, I spoke with an analyst who said that he would put a ticket in and escalate it to see about getting me a new token code. Here's the catch, he kept going on about needing the receipt. I bought the game a year ago. It's not like it's a major appliance or anything. I don't have it. I'm kinda PO'd about it. Anyway, the case isn't closed yet, but I'm going to be rather upset if they don't fix this. I suspect they should be able to look up when the code was redeemed and tell that I called 5 minutes later.

    Anyway, I recommend you call or e-mail them to get a case in if you haven't already.

    Just bought it with RB3 and had the same error. Called the support line and the guy said I would have an email with instructions within 5 minutes...its been an hour!

    Exact same problem i just buy the game and brand new with the little stiker how told you that a first time open case and the code is already taken.
