I got another email a couple of days ago telling me that they would email me when the token issue was fixed. I guess we all just need to continue being patient and hopefully it will work for all of us once they work it out. I am just anxious to get it settled because I worry about the no receipt issue and am paranoid about getting screwed over because I dont still have one.

I sent in my info and got a token back from Christine friday.
Suprise it did not work!
So I'm thinking it might be because of the european PSN servers not being updated with the new codes. If that is the case do I have to wait till wednesday when they usually update?
It's a bit frustrating. But I'm happy that they are trying to sort all of the problems out. I'm guessing that they are getting swamped with emails right now.
And it's not like I can't play the game right now. Just not with the LEGO content.
I just wish these transfers had gone more smoothly.

After I sent my scans of the game box, manual, code and all the information they asked for I still haven't had a reply from wbie. I presumed they would have at least mailed me to let me know if the info I sent was fine.
I'm tempted to send them another mail but not sure what to write.

Oddly my previous post seems to have disappeared about the crummy support experience and poor handling of this issue. Two weeks and still waiting...... C'mon people
got a nice reply within a day of emailing - problem isnt fixed but they are working on it - happy to wait - patience is a virtue and there's lots more in rb3 i havent finished yet so not going to get all huffy on them for now.
I find this whole situation extreamly frustrating!!! How is that you don't have enough "Tokens" for games that were produced? Sounds fishy to me. I think that HMX pulled the export option support with RB3 coming out and now they are caught with their pants down.
If they don't come up with something soon I will be requesting that HMX provide me with a letter authorizing me to return my game for a full refund to the retailer based on HMX's failure to supply the advertised service as stated on the game.

Similar situation here. I asked for a working token about 3 weeks ago (prior to the RB3 launch), provided scans and all, and finally got a reply with a token this Monday. The token in fact did not work and so it's still more waiting on this.
I don't know what's more insulting, not receiving a reply (like some of you guys) or being given a non-working token (like me). Someone needs to get their act together.
