    Definitely something weird going on... we want to pay, and so have hmx making money, for the export and we canīt...
    I think itīs out of HMX reach and they are trying to solve it.

    The way I see it, itīs better to come clean before it blows in your face...

    Iīm a patient man, but I bought Lego just so I could export the songs ( I bought it the same week RB3 came out...)

    And donīt they realize that they could get in legal trouble for having a feature, for which we paid when we bought the game that does not work?

    Keeping my fingers crossed, because All I want his to be able to plug those songs in Pro drums...

    ya, your post make sens, cause its really stupid the token story, why they are not using just a regular redeem code !!?? 2 weeks ago,i call them and send many emails with my receipt.

    and they told me on phone what they gonna put my case in level 2, and then, last week i got one email to told me they try to fix the problem fast.

    but whatever, i think its f****** ridiculus, they know what now everybody are buying this game to transfers there song in rb3, if it not resolve before chrimast, i'll ask for a full refound and i will f***** complain about it !!

    and why we have to contact warner, if they say, its the harmonix problem, and its actually is. i think is an another fake presentation of how it should be.

    i payd the game like 3 weeks ago, now i want my damm code !!

    it remember me, when the xbox 360 came out, they all burn !! (red ring)
    it was another big problem which should never happen, maybe microsoft lose some money to repair and ship console, but they made a **** load, cause i lot of people bought many xbox.

    so basically, i think we are temporary rip off once again, so you guys can laugh and enjoy my money !!! and take your time, cause we love trowing our money by windows !!

    i did everything i have to, call them in USA from canada, email them many times with pictures of proof of purshase which take forever to upload. now i'll been wainting for little more then 2 weeks. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    and why they send us to contact warner ? if its an harmonix problem, i call warner, and they don't know much info, they just say to wait !!! but i would like to play those song in rb3 before i get too old, or before a new world war, or before 2012 (maybe we gonna die next year lol) !!

    come on guys, f***k the token, why you just don't give regular codes like for any other donwloads.

    for sure, i will ask for a refound, if ithe problem is not resolve before chrimast. and then they would be very low in my self esteem.

    i feel rip off once again, thanks harmonix !!

    Just got off the phone with WB support. Apparently they got an update today stating that the tokens from HMX (which I don't think I'm alone in wondering how this whole process with tokens works... and why it's taking so long to get them) have been received and they are giving them out to customers in the order that they received them. HOPEFULLY, the wait is almost over.

    I asked the CSR 2 questions: 1) Can my support ticket be pushed to a higher level of support to get this resolved faster. A: NO!

    2) Since I've spent countless time on the phone about this and had to wait over 2 weeks, can I get a discount on the export fee of $10. A: NO!

    Maybe if enough people demand compensation for the crappy service, perhaps they will give us a discount or something.

    This is what i recently received like 10 minutes ago.

    We had been out of Tokens but we recently, we have received more. Right now we are working on setting up distribution to get the tokens to you.

    Still giving me the "this code has already been redeemed" message. Tried it in Internet Explorer, and now Opera as well. Same message both times.

    So I'm pretty pissed off, just purchased the game last night solely for exporting the songs to RB3, the code inside the case was USED and Warner basically said thanks for giving us your money and you can't have another code......considering there tech support is only about 30 min from me, I'm considering driving there and punching someone in the throat.
    Instrument - Bass, Difficulty - Expert + (Breakneck Speed), Songs - 800+ (RB1/RB2/RB3/RB:GD/RBB/Country/ACDC)

    I got an email earlier today that it should work for me now and it did. You guys might want to give it another shot now.
