You know, I'm a bit anxious about this too, but it's 7pm Eastern on a Friday, I don't think its going to be fixed before Monday. They seem to be well aware of the issue and have backed off the receipt nonsense. I think a large part of this, including the convoluted nature of the code is because Lego is not a Harmonix product and therefore has a different first level of technical support. Harmonix themselves now seem to be on it. So I trust that this will be fixed by next week. It isn't the only bug on their hands unfortunately. There's no good excuse for this but at the same time I think putting my code in every 2 hours is not likely to solve this problem so I'll just wait until there are some widespread reports that its working before I try again. Then if I get the code used message I'll go ballistic![]()
Finally got an acknowledgement to the email I sent to support on Wednesday. It's from someone named Shonte at "Warner Brothers Technical". He/She simply said: "The website is being updated. Please try again later."
Tried my code tonight for the first time at 9:30 CST. First, "out of DL tokens," then, "code already redeemed." So it's still jacked up, guess I'll preemptively email scans of my receipt and manual…
No go from the 3am EST watch. Still getting a "this code is used" message. I've got a Rock Band party this weekend and there are going to be some ticked off guest...
Codes still not working (well, says already redeemed), no reply to any emails I have sent yet, and no replys on Twitter. Would make a difference if a member of their staff would at least let us know they are working on it and our codes will be useable since it has been a problem at their end!

...and the exact same issues here. I did talk to someone at WB support, who informed me that the team dealing with the issue doesn't work weekends.
I bought it at launch, so a receipt is quite out of the question. I did send timestamped screenshots of the error messages, tho - first the "out of tokens" then the "already used" one.
Quite frustrating.
has anyone from harmonix even addressed this issue yet? I am sure they are up to their head in post game release bugs, it does seem this has been the biggest bug ridden release of a rock band product,
Is this issue only occuring on PS3?
