I haven't heard anything since the 25th. Re-sent the e-mail to the newest address and still nothing. Getting a little sick of the "just a little longer" run-around.
What could the difficulty possibly be? Are they out of valid codes to give people? I could even understand if the website ate a bunch of codes because it was broken and those folks (me included) were going to take a while to fix, but even new people aren't able to get codes. I, for one, would love to know what the actual issue at hand is.
I've been waiting since Oct. 29. I've had several e-mail exchanges, phone calls, etc. but there appears to be no forward momentum here. It clearly is not a priority.

I too am interested as to how long it took, I emailed yesterday around 4pm-ish UK time. And am yet to get a reply....
Same issue as everyone else here. I've been going back and forth with support since the 28th. Sent email when the redemption failed. Called Wednesday, was told the site was broke. Got email response Thursday that site was being updated. Don't know why they leave it up if its broke.
Have talked to support on the phone a few times since and keep being told it's a problem Harmonix has to address, but yet all support pages/forums point to WB and we have to go through them to have Harmonix generate a code.
A week in this has been a horrible customer experience that makes me want to return all my RB merchandise. For this extremely poor customer service I'd really like to see Harmonix/WB step up and do something for everyone aside from just generate a code that should've just worked. From what I'm told that won't be happening. The last guy I talked to hung up on me when I started going down that path with final words of "Sir there's nothing more I can do for you"
