Hopefully they reset all the codes entered when no codes where available.

Thought I'd register on the forums just to let you all know.
I bought the game today as well in order to export the songs into RB3 when it gets released tomorrow (I know, us poor European sods). I go to type in the code at .../lego-export and of course I get the token error. I try again and the bastard says my code's been redeemed already.
Being the stable person that I am, I immediately pick up the phone to call customer support. I get Scotland instead of Finland (which isn't a big deal, but still annoying), the CSR takes my contact info and the code and says that I'll get a response tomorrow morning (GMT+2). I appreciate that this is an unforeseen problem but I'm still not happy with the non-event that passed for customer service here.
Same for me. I bought it when it became $20 because I figured it would be fun to play around with and then import it once the lego novelty wore off. Just didn't bother to import it until I was going to import RB2 into RB3 as well.
I emailed yesterday and received the generic response today that also mentioned needing a receipt. I dont keep receipts for games that work fine because I may need proof that I bought it a few months later to use a code that came with it. This is the most ridiculous system I've seen.
Not to mention it annoys me that we're dealing with all of this trouble and they are handing out codes to people who no longer have their RB2 manuals. I have my code, but your site screwed it up.
I would also like to mention, I redeemed by Rock Band 2 code last night without issue. It took a couple of tries but eventually the code was accepted without having already been redeemed through previous attempts.
So all of this could have been avoided if they had simply supplied a "normal" code in the first place.
Just tried AGAIN with my code per the Twitter post...NO GO!
Okay guys, basically I had went through the entire process yesterday as much of you and I got the error message, code already redeemed message, contacted EA and WB, and they couldn't do anything for me. So just a few seconds ago, I tried my code again and it worked! No lie. So if anyone went through that process, try the code now. It should more than likely work.
I'm envious sir. Mine still says the code was redeemed despite the fact that the only person who has attempted to enter the code ago is me. >=/
Complete and utter BS. This is why you don't completely overhaul a website that works until you make absolute 100% certain that everything works. Now we're apparently out a download code despite being the consumers who actually paid for the game in full, rather than the ones the code is preventing from using to get songs for cheap. Go go gadget ridiculousness.
