Could I trouble you for a copy of the spreadsheet as well? I'm organizing a fundraising tournament for Relay for Life at my office. Thanks so much for the help!

How do you setup the system so it looks like the band is playing to the audience. I'm having a charity party and want it to feel like people are attending a concert/bar band. Thanks

You'll want a big projector screen behind the band so people can see the charts, and that should be your connection between the console. Then you'll need various in/out cables to set up small little TVs to place on the ground at the front of the stage facing the band so the band faces forward but also sees what their doing.

I've never done this before, but I'm familiar with what it should look like. Someone else might be able to be more detailed or more help.

I suggest using something like this guy. Have the console run into this, then run the 4 outputs to your four sources. The most common seems to be like nascarfan19 mentioned: one projector behind the band for the crowd to see, one for the drummer (generally located more behind the band), and then the other two on the floor on either side of the stage (stage left and stage right for g/b/v/k). Alternately, you can find some mounting stands and have them about eye level.

It's a good idea that, projector aside, you want to get the same displays to make sure they calibrate the same.
