Thanks guys. List is updated. Let's hope HMX will let us know something soon.

Normally I like to avoid petitions since it's usually going against 'the man', but in this case where the limit should only be based on your HDD size (I'm sporting a 250 gig system) I don't think they should limit us. Having a 10 character limit (and a single band limit at that) is pretty lame. Signed

It's a shame that you spend hours making 10 detailed avatars and then you have to delete them just to make a new one. People like to make their personal friends, video game characters, movie stars, real life rock band members, their favorite super heros, their girlfriends, their boyfriends, their children, heck even fictional cartoon characters for laughs.
Although I respect your opinion on this, the time and devotion people take to make their characters, especially from the above subjects you mentioned, kinda rubs me the wrong way.

I only find this to be a big shame since the only way to share them is to play Rock Band 3 online as them, and we can't even see them to their entirety.

Okay, maybe I shouldn't grill on. I'll sign.

I'll sign... I've already had to write down some character details on paper so that I can re-create certain people. That's ridiculous, this isn't an 80s text adventure, I shouldn't have to pull out my graph paper and map the game

Not against Harmonix at all actually. I support HMX in most of the choices they've made, however I honestly don't see why the limit would be decreased. Is it because there is less focus on bands since we can only have one band PER profile? Even so, ten characters is limited. I completely agree with your statement about the HDD size.

My apologies if any content in the original post mildly offended you. Was it the "for laughs" part? If so I meant that just for the fictional cartoon characters. At any rate, thank you for signing up, as a decent portion of us love to show our characters off online as well. This was actually something I did for online players, it felt like a generous pat-on-the-back when someone turned their mic on, or messaged you and said, "DUDE! That's a kickass character!".

    Signed.

I don't use it a lot, but I can see it being restrictive for a lot of people, and I have tried creating "topic" bands in past games. If I really do get a solid Matrix band going (Neo, Trinity, Morpheus, Agent Smith), I won't want to have to delete any of them.

And yeah, I really enjoy it when the friends I'm playing with comment on the quality of my character.
