Keyboard and pro guitar won't connect

I have the keyboard and mustang pro guitar controller for xbox 360, and currently they won't remain connected to the system. They connect quickly, stay on for about 15 seconds, then disconnect. The other controllers I have (guitar, drums, controllers) all work.

I've confirmed that it's not the batteries, as the batteries work in other controllers. I've attempted to re-sync the controller to the console.

Any thoughts on what might be causing it?

I would still try fresh batteries.

Some controllers are more prone to low voltage issues than others.

If that is not it, it may be interference.

I was just coming back here to say that fresh (or fresher, I need to buy new batteries soon) worked. I'm quite glad that it's not a problem with the controllers themselves, at least. Thanks
