even though i would love to be amongst the 100% elite club for rock band, i know i'd never manage that in ten lifetimes ... but i saw a gamer's GT and he/she had 100% for rock band 3... but it also said he/she last played the game on 22 oct ... the game only came out on the 26th ... how do they do that??? maybe a developer/tester for the game??

Lots of people broke the street date (or "broke street" as the cool kids call it ).

Some game store owners will bend the rules for long time customers (or flirts, even if it obviously won't get them anywhere). Others just don't know that the game's not supposed to be out yet.

I think there are steep penalty fines for it if you're caught though, so they won't just do it for anyone.
