Beatles/iTunes rumors heat up again; Legit this time?

    http://www.examiner.com/beatles-in-n...mment-12907136

I doubt it, but we'll see. Seems more likely than the rumors of recent years.

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000...052395816.html -Wall Street Journal and Entertainment Weekly are even reporting it as official.

Honestly I don't care much, I have the physical albums and rarely DL MP3s, and when I do I use amazon. The only thing I'd be looking for is "Now and Then" which is something I hope is finished and released with this.

Does anyone here really care? And I don't just mean that there is no one here. Have any of us boycotted buying Beatles songs unless they are on iTunes?
If you have to ask, then yes.

I care because it will hopefully continue to increase the popularity of the Beatles and possibly, in an indirect way, keep the game alive.

There was an advertisement on the front on the iTunes page store, says they're announcing something at 10:00 AM ET tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure it's not big enough to say "Hey! A huge thing is coming to iTunes tomorrow!" and then end of being putting Beatles on. It's probably a huge update, or maybe even a RBN sorta thing where bands without labels can post their own music (it's a guess, not a fact)

If it is Beatles, then it seems like I'm going to be worked up for nothing.

I heard that it could possibly be them announcing unlimited downloads for a monthly fee. I actually hope that is true.

Yeah like I said the only thing I would download would be "Now and Then" which I doubt is coming out. Though I would think about downloading some Anthology songs since I don't really intend to buy any of those CDs. I'm assuming we'll only be getting the main remastered studio albums/past masters though, which is pointless for me.

But, there are lots of people who only download, so I could see why it's a big deal for some people.

Well, the Beatles are on iTunes now, but I haven't noticed any other differences.

Cool that they're on itunes now in the way that more people might buy the records. But personally I won't buy it on itunes, very, very pointless. Have the records already and it's more fun to buy a real cd than just a digital file.
